Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for Hive.QI licenses and how they are processed by our Merchant of Record (FastSpring).

1. General approach
Hive.QI is a specialised automation infrastructure node for professional use. Because capacity and support are reserved for each licensed node, all sales are generally final once a license is provisioned.
2. Setup fees
Setup or onboarding fees cover the initial configuration work and environment preparation required for your node. Setup fees are non-refundable once the onboarding process has started.
3. License fees
License fees are charged according to the terms shown at checkout and in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise required by local law, license fees for an active billing period are non-refundable.
4. Cooling-off for unused deployments
If you purchase a license but have not yet deployed or accessed the node, you may request a review within seven (7) days of purchase. We will assess the request in good faith and may approve a refund where the environment has not been used or customised.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
FastSpring manages payment disputes and chargebacks as Merchant of Record. If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can investigate and, where appropriate, work with FastSpring to resolve the issue. Repeated or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of access to the Service.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund review, contact us at hive.heino@gmail.com and include your order ID, the email used at checkout, and a brief explanation. We will confirm receipt and outline next steps. Approved refunds are processed by FastSpring using the original payment method wherever possible.
