This Privacy Policy explains how Hive.QI handles personal data, how our Merchant of Record (FastSpring) processes payment information, and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Payments and billing
All license purchases for Hive.QI are processed by FastSpring as Merchant of Record. FastSpring collects payment card details or other payment information directly from you and processes that data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable laws. We do not store your full card numbers or bank details on our own systems.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
The Hive.QI marketing site is designed to run with minimal tracking. We do not use invasive third-party ad pixels or build behavioural advertising profiles. We may use strictly necessary cookies and analytics that are privacy-respecting and aggregated to understand basic usage and reliability.

- Provide and maintain the Service and your Hive.QI node.
- Communicate with you about licenses, renewals, and support.
